So Dr. Martens iconic 8-eye boot will be turning 50 next year, but with slight tweaks it looks like a fresh, new product.
For Spring/Summer 2010, the brand will release a series of 1460 boots in school colours with white soles. The upper material may look like canvas, but is actually TecTuff Express leather, so you can expect durability and water-resistant properties.
Details on the boot include contrast triple-stitching, flat white laces, silver eyelets, and a white heel loop with black “Air Wair with Bouncing Soles” slogan. Also they boots come in seven colours: ecru, yellow, red, purple, blue, green and black.
