Alexander McQueen’s new spring 2010 ad campaign is out, if you're wondering who the model is. It is Raquel Zimmermann and she is covered in 30 colorful snakes. No word on if they are real but it must have been a fun shoot. Peep the infamous armadillo shoes in a bright, lime green.

Is Fur Really Dead ? (Pun Intended LOL)

OK, so since my journey on studying the art of fashion I have been constantly plagued with the question in my mind.... Am I pro-Fur or against Fur ?

It was only recently with the whole FUR trend reviving itself amongst society and the issue with Kelis and PETA that I have thought about it more often..... (If you dont know the whole deal with Kelis and PETA Click Here )

Here are a few facts :

Each year, more than 40 million animals are killed for their fur.

Fur-bearing animals include foxes, minks, rabbits, beavers and raccoons.

To kill animals without damaging their fur, trappers will strangle, beat, or stomp them to death. Animals on fur farms are gassed, poisoned, electrocuted, or have their necks snapped.

Ranch-raised animals live in cages about 2 feet square, with up to four animals per cage.

There is no federal law that regulates the killing of animals raised for fur.

It can take up to 40 animals to make one fur coat.

Now I dont know much about the cons and pros about fur so I wanted to know everyones thoughts on this and if you are PRO Fur or Against Fur

This cute little clutch was inspired by a story that started almost a hundred years ago when the Vuitton family made little wooden toys. Reneé Vuitton, Gaston Louis Vuitton's wife, loved to collect the wooden toys and years later (in 1954) Gaston honored her hobby by dedicating an entire floor of the newly opened Louis Vuitton Avenue Marceau store to the vast collection.

Now Louis Vuitton is celebrating both the collection and the sweet story behind it with the Animania collection of darling little clutches, coin purses, scarf squares, and bag charms. Above is a little rooster clutch in logo-imprinted patent leather, and there's also a songbird in a pretty shade of earthy teal.

Guess Who Got Beats.....

For those wondering if I meant beats as in slaps/hits/licks from parents lol..... NOPE. I mean I recently purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Headphones. Now if you know abit about these headphones then you will know that they come at a hefty price tag.... around £150 ($179 in the states) but for the quality and the brand it is manufactered by this is a just price for the headphones. You may recognise them from a lot of music videos by Lady GAGA, Black Eyed Peas, Esmee Denters, The Game, Timbaland, Drake.... just to name a few.

There are two types of these headphones the Solo and the Studio.... I wont bore you with details but basically the studio headphones have noise cancellation technology which requires batteries for the headphones and the solo headphones are more for individuals who love good sound quality and the headphones dont need the batteries. And o yeh there is a price difference Studios come at £279 ($300).

I must say I love these headphones.... sound quality is great, I can hear the different levels of bass, clear harmonies and crisp instruments in the background. Its a must-buy for anyone who LOVES (not likes) MUSIC.

So for those who dont know yet.... I read Teen Vogue, YES I AM A MALE, but you gotta understand theres not really like a Mens Vogue/for teens that is released as regularly as Teen Vogue, so i gotta hold my pride and read it on the way home while getting the most funny looks from people on the bus lol.

Everyone who knows me personally already knows I Think Know I Am The Shit so I dont give a rats ass (excuse my french) about what people think. Now your probably wondering why am i ranting on about Teen Vogue, well they have released an iPhone/Touch App which is available to everyone free-of-charge until January 22nd. The app allows users to scroll through editor-picked clothes and accessories illustrating the season’s top trends, and create and share lookbooks to show off their unique style. This is quite cool because its basically a mini-mag in your iPhone/Touch and disables the weird looks for the not-so-targeted audience lol.

If you're reading this then it means you are one of the lucky ones to make it into the year 2009, I dont want to start lecturing like a Pastor but dont take it for granted ! I know everyone is tired of people saying '2010 is my year' 'Im gonna change, new mindset' but who are you to stop people from saying that. People make changes to their life annually because its a time of reflection so if you want to set targets today to ensure success then go head shawty ! I made alot of movements on the ladder of success in 2009 like attaining a internship at Recognise Magazine ,Watch out for the blog cos me and another fellow intern will be running it (Speaking of another fellow intern Peep Wabie Daily for my new friend/fellow intern Wahiba's blog)

, also this year I lost alot of weight that was much needed, I went from 113kgs to 84kgs, 40waist to 32waist.... WHICH I AM REALLY PROUD OF lol ! Erm.... what else did i do in 2009, made new friends a tighter circle and i got for A*s in my college course in August.

I have the same goals this year but just with more energy and more zeal (If you dont know my aspirations then peep the about me section on your left). But yeh, I aim to physically produce stuff this year musically and hopefully in the fashion sides of things..... cos ive observed and studied each scene closely and its time i started working to add my myself to the big picture. 

ALSO I want to thank everybody who follows me... I really really really love y'all. I started bloggin in April due to the likes of Kanye West & Diggy Simmons and I have 90 followers now, and ive interacted with really focused bloggers all the way from Tokyo to America............. ahhh i love y'all really !
